You can stroll through one of the adorable villages of Westhampton Beach, Southampton, Easthampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, or Amagansett without the hassle of the crowds. Some of the shops won't be open yet so be warned. You can travel a little farther east to Montauk for Lobster and to go see some Whales. Take the ferry to Shelter Island. Museums, Galleries, Antique Shops, and Vineyards dot both "Forks" and many vineyards have tasting rooms and tours going on all year.
